Discover the itinerary for Hong Island:

The order of stops for the Hong Island excursion in Krabi varies from day to day, depending on the tide. Furthermore, it is important to note that the itinerary may be modified due to sea conditions or other external factors.

  • Hong Beach: A breathtaking beach with white sand and crystal-clear emerald water. Perfect for swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, and kayak rentals. This stop has restrooms, a restaurant, and even a lovely little trail that takes about 15 minutes to walk. Plus, there's an incredible viewpoint offering a 360-degree view of the archipelago, the Andaman Sea, and Hong Beach. It's about 400 steps, but the effort is well worth it. Get your camera ready; you'll want to take lots of photos in this paradise!

  • Hong Lagoon: An emerald green saltwater lagoon that formed in the middle of Hong Island. By boat, you will enter this lagoon through a fissure between the rocks, surrounded by high cliffs and lush vegetation.

  • Koh Lao Lading: Also known as Paradise Island, this small island boasts a stunning beach. Its charm lies in its unique rock formations and palm trees, reminiscent of a scene from a movie. Perfect for swimming, relaxing, and taking incredible photos.

  • Pakbia Island: A charming little island that captivates with its natural beauty despite its modest size. Its beach has two distinct sides. On one side, a shallow beach with crystal-clear water and unique rock formations, and on the other, a beach with a magnificent view of Rai Island.

  • Poda Island: The largest of the islands, with a vast white sand beach and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Ideal for swimming, relaxing, and taking stunning photos with Koh Ma Tang Ming in the background, a small island that adds an exotic touch to the landscape.

  • Tup and Mor Islands: These small islands are connected to Chicken Island and hold a delightful surprise. At low tide, a sandbar emerges, allowing you to walk from one island to the other. A splendid landscape, perfect for memorable photos.

  • Chicken Island: Its name comes from a rock formation shaped like a chicken's head. There's no beach here, but the boat stops to admire this formation and take photos. Near the island, you can snorkel and discover marine life.

  • Phra Nang Beach: This is the most famous beach in the region, with its crystal-clear emerald waters, fascinating caves, and the famous Princess Cave, known for its surprisingly shaped offerings that Thais leave as gifts.

For private Long Tail excursions departing from Railay Beach, a supplement will be applied to the total price of the excursion, varying according to each excursion.

For those staying in Ao Nang, Krabi Town or other areas, there will be a meeting point on Ao Nang beach, from where the excursion will depart.

The itinerary may be modified during the excursion depending on sea conditions, if the captain deems it necessary.

For the Long Tail, the booking confirmation email will appear in one person's name. However, the boat is reserved for you and your group. Don't worry!

It's common for captains in Krabi not to speak much English. That's why we always send a PDF with the booking containing information about the excursion and itinerary.

  • NO DEPOSIT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

  • PRE-BOOK TO SECURE YOUR PLACE. A few days before the trip, we will contact you to confirm the details.

  • THE PRICES SHOWN HERE ARE UP-TO-DATE, BUT MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE!
